Close and convenient. My family of five headed down to our farm after school on Friday, arriving after an hour or so, the cool clear air filled with the sights and sounds of birds and nature w as my first inkling it was going to be a grand adventure. I recommend a visit down to the cave of the Glow Worms, and a visit to the farmers markets to meet the farmers who grow the fresh fare. Definitely a great family place and very well planned accommodations. Thanks to Jason for letting us in and explaining all about the tractor. Lucky 15 stayed at Morvern Valley Farm,what a great concept, so close to bushwalks for hours on end entertainment. Our ages in range 40s to mid 70s some just pure relaxation with no phone or internet.Even the thrill of rescuing newly laid eggs from the beautiful girls .Although we did not have any young children with us,we all enjoyed feeding the donkeys chooks,roosters, The cottages were just amazing with the furnishings ,books, bathing bedding, .Thank you. Just had the best birthday ever at Alecia Cottage. We were treated by our lovely daughter. Wonderful. Everything you could ask for. Peace and quiet only disturbed by the wonderful sound of animals, domestic and wild.I couldnt recommend this place highly enough.
Soberly country stay. Lots of farm animals in the paddock next door. Good for kids of all ages. Comfortable beds, great breakfast provided for first morning. Close to Bundanoon. No phone reception, good for a quiet time.
My family has been going to farmstays throughout the regions surrounding Sydney and this is by far the best with the accommodation and animals all looking good. We enjoyed Winterfest in Bundanoon too and the survivors after breakfast in The Old Bike shop Cafe. The best thing was we could walk to the festival and drink as much mulled wine as we liked as Morvern is so close. We'll be returning for sure sooner rather than later.
